Arvada United Methodist, 6750 Carr Street, will host an Alternative Health Adventure on Saturday, March 13, from 8:30 a.m. -2:30 p.m.
The luncheon keynote speaker will be Dr. LeAnn Jons-Cox, Doctor of Osteopathy, professor at Rocky Vista University, and CEO of Osteopathways, a health counsulting practice.  Dr. Jons-Cox will offer specific information and tools to be used in everyday life to improve one's physical, mental and spiritual well being.
Participants will choose to attend three of five presentations/demonstrations facilitated by a Chiropractor/Acupuncturist, Herbalist, Reiki Master, Aroma Therapist, and Reflexologist.
